Since most of our products are ebooks, recipe guides, and other digital resources, delivery is instant. As soon as payment is confirmed, you will receive a secure download link in your email. If for any reason you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. In the event of a technical issue such as a broken link, missing file, or delayed email, you can reach out to us at team@chefwauze.store and we will resend your purchase at no additional cost.

From time to time, we may also offer physical products such as kitchen essentials, merchandise, or printed recipe books. For these items, shipping costs and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. Processing usually takes one to three business days, after which you will receive tracking details. Delivery times vary by location: local orders generally arrive within three to seven business days, while international orders may take seven to twenty-one business days. Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

refund policy

We value every customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Since our ebooks and guides are digital downloads, all sales are considered final and cannot be returned once the file or download link has been delivered. However, if you experience issues such as receiving the wrong file, a damaged or incomplete file, or you do not receive your order at all, we will gladly correct the problem. In such cases, please contact us within forty-eight hours of your purchase and we will either resend your order or provide store credit where applicable.
